Neville Brody

One designer that I have looked at a lot throughout my time at college is Neville Brody. I studied his work during the Punk period for an essay in my first year and since then have become a big fan of his designs. He worked on a number of different projects for example, he designed record sleeves for Stiff Records and worked within editorial design. I particularly like his work for The Face magazine. He was one of the first designers that went against the rules to produce a new an exciting look, something that had never been done before. In my opinion Brody was one of the most influential designers of this period. Some pieces by Brody can be seen below.
